It is important to choose the right trampoline for your requirements. If the trampoline is for lighter jumpers (younger children) then they need a lower number of springs to get the best bounce - as the spring number rises they will not be heavy enough to stretch the springs properly and will start to find the trampoline harder and less responsive. Heavier jumpers (teenagers and up) have the weight to stretch a greater number of springs and will benefit from the increased power and bounce that these trampolines can offer.
