Tough Hot Galvanised Steel Trampoline Frame

Tough Hot Galvanised Steel Frame

This trampoline is made from tough 1.6mm hot galvanised tubular steel. This is the standard for trampolines in Australia - it is strong and will more than stand up to any domestic trampolining. It is zinc coated in a hot galvanising process (both inside and out) which gives it long lasting protection from the elements, and the base of the legs has a cushioning action built into the design to reduce the stress on the frame and ensure it will last.
Tailored Springs

Tailored Springs

This trampoline uses 120 springs with a subtle tailored shape to provide the right amount of force at the right time. They are made from a tough 3.2mm steel and are made to a specific length and width for this size of trampoline to give the right lift profile.
Polypropylene Trampoline Jump Mat

Woven Polypropylene Jump Mat

The American designed jump mat is made from a UV-resistant woven polypropylene. The UV resistance helps to protect against the harsh Australian sun, and the woven material is tough and long lasting while providing just enough give to make it easy on the bouncer. The weave will let air through, reducing the drag on the bounce, and will not hold water if it is outside in the rain.
Tough Stitching

Strong Design

This trampoline is designed for strength and longevity. The rings are sewn into the edge of the mat using multiple redundant layers of stitching (8-10 depending on the model), so you know they won't tear loose, and they have a V-shaped outside edge which is both strong and helps to keep the springs in position and pass their force more effectively throughout the mat.
UV Resistant Trampoline Padding

UV Resistant Padding

One of the biggest problems with trampolines in Australia is the sun - our harsh climate can wreak havoc on anything plastic which is left outside for any length of time. The pads on this trampoline have UV-resistant covers, which gives them protection against this tough environment. The pads themselves are made from a closed cell foam, so they won't absorb water and hold it in for ages after it rains like the cheaper ones do. They are also extra wide - covering the edge of the mat and also the outer circle of the frame for extra safety.
Trampoline Safety Net

Safety Net

We are fiercely committed to safety and do not sell any trampolines without a good safety enclosure. This one has poles held in place by shaped fixings which help to keep shape of the enclosure and prevent torsion, and the net itself can be woven into the underside of the spring loops to make sure there are no little holes through which your kids can escape.
